Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tollan and are part of the agreement between Tollan and the organization using the service.

The service

Tollan provides identity-first device tunnels: you register devices, define how their services are exposed, and run an agent that connects outbound to our relay. For TLS-passthrough routes, we relay encrypted traffic and do not decrypt it.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your members and for keeping credentials secret. Your use is subject to our Acceptable-Use Policy. You must only expose services you are authorized to expose.

Plans & billing

Paid plans and their limits are described on the pricing page. Over-limit behavior is a warning then throttling, not a cut-off.

Availability & liability

We operate the service with reasonable care. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and specific support commitments are governed by your selected plan or written agreement.

Data & cancellation

See the Privacy Policy. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation we revoke device certificates and stop routes.
