Terms of Service

Beta terms. This is a working draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer, published so beta operators know what to expect. The reviewed version replaces it before general availability.

The service

Tollan provides identity-first device tunnels: you register devices, define how their services are exposed, and run an agent that connects outbound to our relay. For TLS-passthrough routes, we relay encrypted traffic and do not decrypt it.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your members and for keeping credentials secret. Your use is subject to our Acceptable-Use Policy. You must only expose services you are authorized to expose.

Plans & billing

Paid plans and their limits are described on the pricing page. During beta, billing is being finalized; over-limit behavior is a warning then throttling, not a cut-off.

Availability & liability

The service is provided as-is during beta without an uptime commitment. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Beta features may change.

Data & cancellation

See the Privacy Policy. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation we revoke device certificates and stop routes.
